47,000 SF new automotive dealership with full site improvements. The building includes a showroom, a customer lounge, a new car delivery area, 17 service stalls, 2 alignment racks, a detail department with 2 bays, and a 21,000 SF elevated parking deck above the service area.
The space is hydronically heated; hydronic heat is produced by a Tecogen unit circulating water which also produces electricity for the building. This is the first commercial use of a cogen unit in the state of Washington.
