13,225 SF renovation of a unique site that was home to a Ducati motorcycle dealership. The existing building was transformed to satisfy strict requirements from the Mazda brand. New roof parapets, new ACM siding on all facades and new exterior storefront windows give this building a fresh new look. The renovation includes a new overhead roll-up door, new interior glass storefront offices, leveled concrete floors, and new tile/carpet throughout the building. ADA compliance was achieved with upgrades to the entry ramp, exterior steel stairs and restrooms.
