A 26,457 SF facility built from the ground up to deliver a premium automotive experience. An impressive 8,600 SF double-height showroom and office space, designed to showcase vehicles in a modern environment. The building also features a 2,400 SF parts department, an expansive 11,000 SF dual-vehicle service drive, and a state-of-the-art service shop equipped with 11 vehicle lifts. This project includes comprehensive site and utility upgrades, including the installation of a new transformer service. The service and parts areas are constructed using concrete tilt panel construction, while the showroom is defined by its floor-to-ceiling curtain wall glazing and accented with an ACM panel façade.
