“On behalf of the over 17,000 machinists in Everett, thank you for your partnership, expertise and integrity in assisting IAM District 751 and the Machinists Institute in bringing our vision of a new facility to reality.  This facility will play a critical role in organizing our members and training new machinists for years to come.

We had some excellent options to choose from when it came to selecting a general contractor.  We choose Foushée for their experience, reputation, and their ability to clearly articulate how to build our facility efficiently and while still accomplishing all our goals.  We made the right choice.

Foushée’s conceptual budget held through to their final contractual pricing.  They were instrumental in assisting our design team with solutions that kept our project goals in tact while maintaining our budget.  During construction, their team’s communication was outstanding, we always knew where we stood on budget, schedule, and what decisions we needed to make to keep to hold their trade partners accountable.  We are thrilled with the final result.

IAM District 751 will continue to build facilities throughout our region to support our members.  The selection process will be simple for our next project, we’ll call Foushée.  We sincerely appreciate their effort and professionalism.”
