"Our experience working with Foushée on our Goddard childcare tenant improvement project at Fremont Crossing exceeded our expectations. Their team showcased exceptional professionalism and expertise in handling the unique requirements of a childcare facility build-out. From the initial planning stages through completion, they demonstrated a thorough understanding of childcare-specific building codes and safety requirements. Like their work with other clients, Foushée's communication was exemplary throughout the project. They maintained transparent dialogue about timelines, costs, and potential challenges, enabling us to make well-informed decisions without feeling rushed. Their proactive approach to problem-solving and ability to coordinate with our design team and local authorities made the entire process smooth and efficient. What truly set Foushée apart was their attention to detail in creating a safe, welcoming environment for children while staying on budget and schedule. Their team's collaborative spirit and commitment to quality workmanship is evident in every aspect of the finished space. The project was completed with minimal disruption to neighboring tenants, and the final result has garnered praise from staff, parents, and licensing inspectors alike. We would not hesitate to recommend Foushée for any commercial tenant improvement project, particularly those requiring specialized attention to safety and regulatory compliance. Their team has proven that they can deliver exceptional results while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and project management."

Project Description. This first-generation tenant improvement for The Goddard School in Seattle is a 9,300 SF project that transformed an existing ground-level suite into a state-of-the-art early childhood education center featuring 8 age-specific classrooms, administrative offices, child-friendly restrooms, food service areas, and a secure outdoor playground.

Designed with a child-centric approach, the facility incorporates bright welcoming interiors, natural light, and durable non-toxic materials to create a safe, nurturing environment that meets all local building codes, ADA standards, and childcare licensing requirements.
