A 64,596 SF prescription medication central fill and call center including 44,596 of Production Area space and 20,000 SF of Class A Commercial Office Space. The production area includes an automated compressed air system maintaining over 100 SCFMs with a peak over 300 SCFMs, more than 600 gallons of compressed air storage, and air quality standards in compliance with ISO 8573-1:2010 CLASS 1.2.1.

The production area is also fully conditioned with humidification equipment and controls maintaining between 40%-45% relative humidity levels, a suspended ceiling system throughout, and five fully automated loading dock positions. The office area consists of a large cafeteria, nine private offices, a pharmacy call center, operable partition, four restrooms, a locker room, and an MDF and IDF room. The entirety of the space is backed up with a 72-hour diesel fuel generator and the site is enclosed with an automated operated entry gate tied into a site and building wide security and monitoring system.
