3,925 SF interior refresh for the ERA University House, an assisted living facility located in Issaquah, WA. The project consists of remodeling the Dining Room, Private Dining Area, and expanding the Service Station. The project scope includes demolition, new acoustic ceiling tile, new lighting, new interior walls with structural upgrades at the service station, new flooring and wood trims, new wall coverings and paint, new doors, as well as minor mechanical, plumbing, sprinkler, and electrical work.
