30,000 SF tenant improvement and building capital upgrades. Building improvements include updates to restrooms on all five floors, new skylights, PT slab modification, and fire sprinkler building retrofit and riser room.
The tenant improvements consist of private offices, open office areas, a cafe, pantries, large and medium conference rooms, a boardroom, a training room, a wellness room, phone rooms, and an interconnecting stair between the 4th and 5th floors.
