47,900 SF, two-floor office tenant improvement in the new Nine Two Nine Building. The project includes open to structure ceiling, interstitial stair, open office concept, preserved plants in custom wall paneling, custom feature light fixture, a bistro, meeting spaces, and a conference center with operable partitions to allow for customization of the meeting room configuration.

Additional collaboration space is found periodically throughout the space in room clusters called “cabins” that contain scrum, huddle and phone rooms.
