"I would like to thank Foushée for the excellent experience when adding this new building to our campus. We enjoyed being associated once again with your group of professionals. They performed with determination while respecting our customer and staff needs during construction.

Our project had many challenges, from an extremely tight footprint within which to work, to maintaining customer access while providing for their safety, and making it look exactly like the main building constructed five years earlier. It was a pleasure to have your team meet all challenges with precision, in a timely manner, within budget, and in concert with city and code officials. Your efforts have contributed to our project being a recognized showpiece for the downtown community. It would be an honor to endorse Foushée to any firm seeking a quality construction partner. Throughout our association, which now encompasses two multi-million-dollar projects, your firm has always performed beyond expectations, utilizing the skill, knowledge, and communication that made each project a success."

21,250 SF new three-story loan center building, including offices, training and conference rooms, a lunch room, and drive-up teller lines. Employee offices were temporarily relocated by Foushée prior to the old building being demolished.

The exterior consists of masonry, pre-cast concrete, curtain wall, and architectural metal panels, all which closely matches the adjacent bank building. The project was successfully completed without disruption to the daily activities of the bank’s campus.

Awarded by the Masonry Institute of Washington with the Commercial Honor Design Award.
