Tenant improvement consisting of two suites. The first suite is a 5,000 SF tenant improvement for a Customer Access Point Bank for a bank branch located in downtown Bellevue. The second suite consists of 16,000 SF of bank office space. This project includes custom wood wall and casework, features, and bespoke light fixtures.
