Renovation of the existing showroom and an addition of 3,580 SF for a total of 11,700 SF. Work included custom casework package to match Audi specifications, curved joists and sprinkler pipes in exposed ceiling areas, car entry including Nanawall and custom stainless ramp, new ACM, stucco and storefront building envelope, custom stainless steel handrails, new plumbing, HVAC and electrical systems, new underground HVAC system that ties into existing underground HVAC ductwork, a hydraulic elevator, and the addition of a fire sprinkler system to bring the building up to current code.
