“Thank you all for a successful project and move to our new space in Fremont. The space turned out great, and the team is very happy with the outcome. TTD appreciates everyone’s efforts to bring this to life and we look forward to continuing partnerships with each of you in the future projects to come.”

This 13,725 SF project in the Lakeview Building involves extensive interior improvements for the the TradeDesk, an innovative digital advertising platform. Scope includes full demolition of previuosly occupied improvements, constructing new partitions, installing new doors and glass features, adding suspended ceilings, and upgrading mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and low-voltage systems. Additional work encompasses custom millwork, updated finishes, and new furniture.

The project also includes building a single-occupant, all-gender restroom. Our project team worked closely with the TradeDesk’s landlord, Kilroy, to ensure all material delivery logistics were planned in advance. The building elevator and lobby’s proximity to a very busy N 34th Street pushes most large material deliveries to the lower parking lot which takes carful coordination.
