"When we acquired the 8th + Olive Building, we knew it was a significant challenge to completely reposition the retail and common area experience. We needed to secure a general contractor partner that could not only deliver on time and on budget, but could add value through the design process. We made one call to Foushée, they were the obvious choice!"

12,000 SF of capital improvements. Interior common area upgrades include adding a 40’ tall glass and aluminum curtain wall creating a new 3-story atrium, a new cafe that serves coffee, wine, beer, and spirits, a new great room with lounge seating, a new training / conference room, and a new fitness center with lockers rooms and multi-stall restrooms.

Improvements also extend to the garage and the garage elevator lobby. On the exterior, an exterior plaza with new monuments, raised planters, and a seating area for the cafe and a future restaurant.

Received the NAIOP Redevelopment/Renovation of the Year Award.
