This 3,600 SF first-generation buildout delivers a hospitality-inspired tenant amenity space within the new Pavilion at the 800 Fifth Building. The project is defined by a custom design-build CNC-routed wood ceiling installation that introduces movement, texture, and visual depth throughout the space. Extensive coordination of mechanical and fire sprinkler systems above the ceiling allowed the team to maximize ceiling height and maintaining a clean architectural expression.

Featuring an amenity kitchen, bar, conference room, lounge areas, and floor-to-ceiling glazing, the Pavilion showcases the combination of craftsmanship, technical expertise, and collaborative problem solving required to bring a complex architectural vision to life.
