37,971 SF replacement dealership following a devastating fire. To keep the dealership fully functioning, temporary portable structures were installed on-site for sales offices and an off-site building was converted for the service center. The new dealership was completed in two phases. Phase one was the 27,686 SF service center with 27 service bays, 2 alignment racks, parts storage with a mezzanine, locker rooms, service drive, and covered exterior wash bay.
Phase two includes a 10,285 SF showroom with new office areas, private offices, flex space, reception area, breakroom, a lounge area with a coffee bar, restrooms, and a new car delivery area. Construction details: building envelope consists of pre-cast concrete, structural steel, ACM panels, and curtainwall.
