"The new 240,000 square foot state-of-the-art manufacturing facility for BE Aerospace was designed to house over 600 employees and produce products for several product offerings. The project had an aggressive delivery schedule. The building shell design scope was not finalized until the entire building slab had been poured and the interior improvements followed by several months. To succeed in this environment necessitates skills for which Foushée excels: Thinking Ahead: The facility needed to accommodate not only change of use following completion but change of scope during construction. Foushée needed to make sure Capstone and BE Aerospace had enough time and flexibility to finalize the building design without sacrificing schedule or budget. Open Book: With many of the drawings incomplete at the time Capstone and Foushée signed a contract, Capstone and BE Aerospace needed to be sure that both had the most accurate information about cost, schedule and scope. Foushée's willingness to be flexible provided BE Aerospace the confidence that the Foushée process would yield the most attractive economic solution. Great Subcontractors: The entire team needed to function in a coordinated fashion to make sure schedule and budget could be accomplished. Foushée gathered the best in class and made sure that each team member had the overall project goals firmly out front. In the end, the project was ahead of schedule and under budget. BE Aerospace was happy and as such so was Capstone."

240,000 SF manufacturing facility termed as their “Super Site” for this aerospace manufacturing company. This new build-to-suit facility will house BE Aerospace’s Oxygen and Lavatory Division operations. The building houses 60,000 SF of office environment and 180,000 SF of assembly, fabrication, and product storage. Foushée coordinated all design/build mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, and  equipment hook up/fit up.
