Adaptive re-use of a two-story, 18,000 SF industrial building in Seattle's SODO neighborhood into a headquarters for ExOfficio, a division of Jarden Technical Apparel. Project includes energy code and seismic upgrades, new mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection systems, a new elevator and finishes.
Project was phased on fast-track schedule to accommodate ExOfficio’s move from another location.
LEED Gold for Commercial Interiors.
