96,000 SF tenant improvement, MEP design build project across three floors for Mindtree Limited’s new Puget Sound headquarters. The project consists of a new cafeteria/dining space, locker room, three IDF rooms, a corporate server room, two additional showers at the first-floor slab on grade, a training room, game room, state of the art Pre-Presentation & Demo room, twenty-four medium and large conference rooms, a corporate reception area with two executive suites and a board room on the third floor.
Upgrades to the existing core and shell elevator cab interiors, restrooms, and stairways were also part of the project. The HVAC design includes improvements and expansion of the existing heat pump system, while a new generator and UPS system were installed to ensure Mindtree’s operations were never impacted by a seismic or climate event.
