79,309 SF storage facility containing 500 individual storage units ranging in size from 5’x5’ to 10’x30’, including 75 drive-up
units. The fully insulated building façade consists of Arcadia storefront systems, corrugated metal siding, and brick veneer. The
project includes a fully finished office area for leasing, single occupant restrooms, as well as an employee break room and back
of house building service rooms. Automated building systems include HVAC, sprinkler, CCTV, access control, and burglary alarm
to condition and protect tenant’s belongings. Stormwater runoff from this site is managed via a 681,000-gallon underground
storm vault and flow control system along with vegetated bio-infiltration swales.
