Two three-story office buildings in a complex totaling 180,000 SF. The buildings, occupied by T-Mobile, were designed with 14-foot clear areas on each floor. They are steel-framed, concrete slab on metal deck and have extensive deck and patio areas.
The site-cast/metal-panel skin features "sun visors" on the third floor. The complex is located on an 11-acre site that allows parking at a ratio of almost four per 1,000 SF and has walking trails and a mini-park featuring a trout pond, lush landscaping and picnicking areas.
