110,000 SF, concrete tilt-up expansion, along with a full remodel of the Alaskan Copper & Brass manufacturing facility in Kent, WA. Foushée’s team coordinated utility extensions, crane rail extensions, and demolition of a 25,000 SF steel mezzanine to accommodate the expansion.
Project also includes a new 5 ton crane railway with foundations, a new 60’x114’ dock canopy, a 13,000 SF engineering office build out, as well as new restrooms and locker rooms for production staff.
