20,000 SF tenant improvement for the pioneers of geocaching, including a new dining room, conference rooms, a game room, and private offices. Unique to the Groundspeak space is the use of Arcadia storefronts and sliding glass doors at all offices and conference rooms. Architectural elements include the use of patterned translucent resin-sheet door panels, clear stained vertical-grain fir doors and casework, linear wood-grill ceiling clouds, and whiteboard wall coverings.
For the flooring finishes: 10 different types of carpet tiles and 7 different colors of vinyl composition tiles. The entry lobby features frameless glass storefront walls and doors, a built-in custom reception desk that integrates the use of blackened steel and translucent resin sheets, and a polished concrete floor that accents the Groundspeak logo in its center.
