"We had a great experience working with Foushée on Stone Gardens at Crossroads Mall. They were very proactive in their approach and provided quality service from start to finish. Foushée's dedication and commitment is evident in the finished product – a first-class climbing gym. Their project management team was extremely competent and proactive. We would certainly be open to working with Foushée again in the future."

21,500 SF adaptive reuse of a former Circuit City building converted into a rock climbing gym with an open-ceiling concept that leaves the steel roof deck and mechanical/electrical/plumbing services exposed. In addition to the central rock climbing structures made with special rock climbing structure panels designed and manufactured in Bulgaria, the space includes an exercise area, party room, locker rooms, management offices, and a sales and pro shop area.

Interesting architectural elements include a 40 ft. wide, 100 ft. long, 20 ft. tall “pop-up” atrium addition over the existing roof area. The pop-up doubles the building’s previous roof height, providing a dramatic extra-high climbing experience. Pathways throughout the rock climbing canyons are delineated with polished and stained concrete floors. To emphasize the building’s new use, its exterior features a 40 ft. high shotcrete rock spire.
