210,000 SF, four-level parking garage with 675 total combined compact and standard parking stalls.
Construction type: conventional spread footings, shear walls were site-cast tilt wall panels, precast columns, inverted tee beams, beam/spandrel units, and double tee planks with cast-in-place structural topping slab and collector beams. This work was completed without disruption to the operating dealership.
