A new three-story 15,000 SF structural steel-framed addition to an existing office building. The building is constructed on a first-floor structure of hollow-core planks supported by steel piling over the waters of Lake Union. The building replaces a former marina.
The exterior consists of pre-finished metal siding and painted aluminum storefronts with high performance glass. There are 9 each exterior decks with concrete pavers as the wearing surface. South of the building are two large boat slip roofs.
