Project Profiles

Client: Ubermind
Architect: JPC Architects
Owner Representative: Colliers International
Location: Seattle, WA

Description: 17,000 sq. ft. full-floor office tenant improvement for a software developer of mobile applications. The project was designed around an open ceiling plan concept that leaves the concrete slabs exposed and emphasizes the dramatic full-height walls, soffit clouds, and contemporary lighting. The space plan includes a dining/game room, conference rooms and executive private offices. Interesting architectural elements include glass wall fronts with sliding wood doors at the private offices and conference rooms. The “open office” work areas feature linear tables and partial-height walls rather than traditional cubicles. The lobby features a built-in custom reception desk with a stone top, stone and hardwood flooring, and a graphic art wall.
Now that we're settled in at our new space, we wanted to thank Foushée for a job well done! We've had nothing but positive feedback about the office. Our staff is pleased with the spacious layout, and our out of town guests - who come from around the globe - have given rave reviews on the layout and design. Throughout the process, Foushée has been a fantastic partner. The construction was done in a timely manner, and the results are truly amazing. We will be sure to recommend Foushée to others. Thanks again for your time and effort!
