60,800 SF, three-story, new dealership. Site limitations required vertically stacking the dealership functions. The first floor is a 39-stall service garage with clinker tile floors throughout. The parts department, employee locker rooms and lounge were excavated into a soil nailed-shored hillside. Above that, the showroom, sales office and service drive-through are on a 21,300 SF. cast-in-place concrete deck. The third floor is 11,000 SF of corporate and executive offices.
