Client: Princess Cruises & Tours

Location: Seattle, WA

Description: 65,000 sq. ft. of tenant improvements on the 26th, 27th, and 28th floors in the Bank of America Building. The 27th and 28th floors were constructed as a call center with open cubicles, break rooms, perimeter offices and a conference room. The 26th floor has the executive offices with large conference rooms and reception areas. Construction was accomplished in three phases, in accordance with how the Bank of America made each floor available for the work. Great care was needed to protect the integrity of the bank's computer systems.
