Client: Princess Cruises & Tours
Architect: Tully Associates
Location: Seattle, WA
Description:
65,000 sq. ft. of tenant improvements on the 26th, 27th, and 28th floors in the Bank of America Building. The 27th and 28th floors were constructed as a call center with open cubicles, break rooms, perimeter offices and a conference room. The 26th floor has the executive offices with large conference rooms and reception areas. Construction was accomplished in three phases, in accordance with how the Bank of America made each floor available for the work. Great care was needed to protect the integrity of the bank's computer systems.
"I interviewed several good, reputable companies and all had the expertise to handle the job. In the end, I selected Foushee because I felt very comfortable with the management team, I was impressed with the team's knowledge and cohesiveness and they didn't talk down to me. Rather, they were extremely patient and caring. Most importantly, Foushee delivered what they promised. The project came in under budget and was completed well before our move deadline. During the construction phase we have weekly meetings and I was very happy that there were no change orders. They only things we changed were due to the fact that we could save money. Most of the money saving suggestions came from Foushee and after careful consideration we implemented most of them."
