Description: 17,000 sq. ft. full-floor office tenant improvement for a software developer of mobile applications. The project is designed around an open ceiling plan concept that leaves the concrete slabs exposed and emphasizes the dramatic full-height walls, soffit clouds, and contemporary lighting. The space plan includes a dining/game room, conference rooms, and executive private offices. Interesting architectural elements include glass wall fronts with sliding wood doors at private offices and conference rooms. The “open office” work areas feature linear tables and partial-height walls rather than traditional cubicles. The lobby features a built-in custom reception desk with a stone top, stone flooring and hardwood flooring, and graphic art wall.
