Description: 31,000 sq. ft. full-floor tenant improvement. The project includes a 600 sq. ft. main distribution frame-server room, a café, game room, and training room, multiple conference and teaming rooms, and private offices. Interesting architectural elements include a large sliding wood “barn door” at the lobby entrance and a sliding glass storefront opening onto the large conference room and game room. To highlight the craftsmanship of the building while also providing a high-tech look, the architect left exposed its concrete ceilings, walls, and columns.
