Description:
This project included 12,000 sq. ft. of new build-out on the first floor of the World Trade Center North Building. A 24/7 data center was included with dedicated cooling, UPS and generator backup. Tenant improvements on the second floor totaled 30,000 sq. ft., including a new lunchroom, reception area and workout facility. Telecommunications Systems is a wireless data services provider.
