Description: 12,000 sq. ft. of capital improvements. Interior common area upgrades include adding a 40’ tall glass and aluminum curtain wall creating a new 3-story atrium, a new cafe that serves coffee, wine, beer, and spirts, a new great room with lounge seating, a new training / conference room, and a new fitness center with lockers rooms and multi-stall restrooms. Improvements also extend to the garage and the garage elevator lobby. On the exterior, an exterior plaza with new monuments, raised planters, and a seating area for the cafe and a future restaurant. Received the NAIOP Redevelopment/Renovation of the Year Award.
