PROVIDENT BUILDING

Description:
Six-story, 65,000 sq. ft., 1920's historical building. The structure is composed of heavy timber and brick masonry concrete walls on piles. The renovation project included complete exterior restoration, new mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, elevators, seismic, and ADA-compliant upgrades, and minor site work. The basement was converted into parking.
