Description:
Adaptive re-use of a 25,000 sq. ft., three-story, heavy-timber-framed structure built in 1938 as a fish processing plant warehouse at the edge of Lake Union. The renovation included a new exterior envelope and high-end interior finishes, new mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, elevators, and seismic and ADA-compliant upgrades.
