Client: Martin Smith Real Estate

Location: Bellevue, WA

Description: Adaptive re-use of a 75,000 sq. ft. warehouse into high-tech office space for Teledesic. Renovation included new windows, canopies, roof, and interior finishes, exterior wall treatment, roof, seismic upgrade, ADA-compliant improvements, electrical, and plumbing systems. A raised floor system with under floor HVAC system provides greater flexibility for the building systems.
