Description:
Adaptive re-use of a 1923 building constructed of heavy timber and brick masonry. Work included addition of a second-floor mezzanine to transform the building into law offices and penthouse residences. Upgrades included all-new mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems and interior finishes.
