Adaptive re-use of a four-story, 40,000 sq. ft. 1920 historical
hotel to an office building and retail. Constructed of heavy timber and brick masonry. Work included tuck-point repair/replacement of brick masonry, new mechanical, electrical, fire protection, plumbing systems, seismic upgrades and new finishes.
