Description: 118,134 sq. ft. of demolition on two floors and reconstruction of the second-floor restroom and ceiling for a future tenant. Exterior work for the project included revamping the entry landscaping, repairing and re-striping the parking lot, improving the lighting and sidewalk, and adding a colored-concrete roundabout and entry canopy.
