Description: A four-story, 253,850 sq. ft., 480 car post tensioned cast in place concrete parking structure  Each of the parking levels are accessed by a helical ramp. Foushée is the design-builder for the project. 2010 Washington Aggregates and Concrete Association Award Winner. Cast-in-Place Parking Structures.
