Description: Re-development of two city blocks into a two-building dealership. The two-story sales building totals 49,970 sq. ft. and includes auto display, a customer lounge, and offices. The four-story, 253,850 sq. ft. service building includes the service area, parts storage, technician offices, car wash, detailing area, and parking for approximately 480 cars. Foushée is the design-builder for the project. LEED Silver. 2010 Washington Aggregates and Concrete Association Award Winner. Cast-in-Place Parking Structures.
