Description:
120,000 sq. ft. material transfer station for Federal Express. Build out included: • 105,000 sq. ft. heated sort area with raised conveyor and caster deck system. • 5,000 sq. ft. vehicle maintenance shop with vehicle exhaust, compressed air, lube, and vehicle lift system. • 10,000 sq. ft. office area with customer check in area and management offices. On-site work included demolition of approximately 75,000 sq. ft. of existing brick and wood framed buildings. Off-site work included rebuilding an existing city street and storm sewer connection in Airport Way, and replacing of existing curbs, side-walks, and storm systems.
