Description:
90,000 sq. ft. material transfer station for Federal Express. Build-out included: • 78,000 sq. ft. heated sort area with raised conveyer slab and caster deck material handling platform. • Industrial dock lifts, emergency backup power and integrated material tracking controls system. • Ventilation and indoor air monitoring for vehicle exhaust. • 5,000 sq. ft. vehicle maintenance shop with exhaust and compressed air systems, vehicle lube piping, and pump system. • 7,000 sq. ft. office area with customer check-in and management offices.
