Description: The beer and wine distribution center contains 374,000 sq. ft. of warehouse area, including an extensive material handling system that can process up to 80,000 cases per day- 20% more than their old facility. The facility also includes 30,000 sq. ft. high bay cooler integrated with the material handling system, a 60,000 sq. ft. office, Italian tasting rooms, meeting/training rooms, and a customer reception area.
