Description:
Extensive renovation of five buildings on this campus. The scope included new hardscape, plaza, landscaping, lobbies, exercise facility, community conference rooms, and executive dining area. The focal point of the central plaza is a 25-foot-high-stainless steel sundial commissioned from a local artist. Tenant improvements were provided for ER Solutions, Ticor Title, Paradigm Family Medicine, Bedford Property Management, City of Seattle Aging, Just in Time, and Time Out Café.
