Project Profiles
FIRST SAVINGS BANK NORTHWEST
Client: First Savings Bank Northwest
Architect: Baylis Architects
Location: Renton, WA
Description:
A banking campus, including a new 44,000 sq. ft., two- story branch bank, escrow and corporate offices over a 22,000 sq. ft., 70-stall parking garage. The exterior is a combination of masonry, pre-cast concrete, curtain wall, and architectural metal panels. The old branch was fully renovated for other customer support services and drive-up banking. The street between the two buildings was vacated and combined with existing surface parking to create an urban pedestrian plaza. It included landscaping, hardscaping, and public art. The project won a Silver national award for excellence in the use of masonry construction.
"When we made the decision to invest in the campus, we knew a state-of-the-art building with ample work spaces for employee and community areas for our customers was priority. Our project required skill and vision. Foushée provided both."
