FIRST SAVINGS BANK NORTHWEST LOAN CENTER
Client: First Savings Bank Northwest
Architect: Baylis Architects
Location: Renton, WA
Description:
A new 21,250 sq. ft. three-story loan center building, including offices, training and conference rooms, a lunch room and drive-up teller lines. (The loan-center employees’ offices were temporarily relocated by Foushée prior to the old building being demolished.) The exterior –masonry, pre-cast concrete, curtain wall, and architectural metal panels – closely matches that of the adjacent bank building. The project was successfully completed without disruption to the daily activities of the bank's campus.
"I would like to thank you and your staff for the excellent experience we had working with Foushée when adding this new building to our campus. We enjoyed being associated once again with your group of professionals who performed with determination while respecting our customer and staff needs during construction.
Our project had many challenges - from an extremely tight footprint within which to work to maintaining customer access while providing for their safety and, oh yes, making it look exactly like the main building constructed five years earlier. It was a pleasure to have your firm meet all challenges with precision, in a timely manner, within budget, and in concert with city and code officials. Your efforts have contributed to our project being a recognized showpiece for the downtown community.
It would be an honor to endorse your company to any firm seeking a quality construction partner. Throughout our association, which now encompasses two multi-million-dollar projects, your firm has always performed beyond expectations, utilizing the skill, knowledge, and communication that made each project a success."
