TOYOTA OF BELLEVUE

Description: 77,000 sq. ft. on 11 acres for a new car dealership. The project included adaptive re-use of an existing grocery store and construction of a 12,700 sq. ft. new addition. Facilities include a dynamic entryway, 60 service stalls, a new car display area, retail space, a showroom with fireplace, coffee bar and children’s play area, an exterior carwash, and on-site storage parking. The project required coordination of 43 subcontractors.
