KIRMAC AUTOMOTIVE

Description: 28,000 sq. ft. adaptive re-use of an existing building into a state-of-the-art collision services facility. It was specially designed to be full-service. Customers can bring in their vehicles, get estimates, arrange for repairs, and coordinate with on-site insurance representatives.  Construction included 5,000 sq. ft. of new offices, a customer lounge shop area, a new elevator, and a washbay. Exterior improvements included a new canopy, awnings, storefront glazing, and sitework upgrades.
