Location: Bellevue, WA

Description: 14,000 sq. ft. two-story combined dealership. The first floor contains showrooms for Land Rover and Jaguar as well as reception, customer lounge, and offices. The second floor contains enclosed parking serviced by an oversize car/freight elevator as well as corporate offices. The entire project was constructed while the dealership remained 100% operational.
